These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of South Apple Stores (the “Website”) and any purchase, sale, or swap made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Warranty Terms and Conditions

1.1 Brand New Products

All brand new products purchased from South Apple Stores are covered under the standard manufacturer’s warranty and conditions, which are redeemable at the manufacturer’s authorized service centers within Nigeria.

1.2 Used Products

All used products sold by South Apple Stores carry a 7-day warranty from the date of purchase.
If a product is found to be defective within this period, and the defect did not arise as a result of user negligence, mishandling, or misuse, such product will be covered under this warranty.

1.3 Accessories

All accessories purchased from South Apple Stores carry a 7-day warranty from the date of purchase.
If found defective, and the defect is not due to user carelessness or misuse, the product is covered under this warranty.

2. General Terms and Conditions

2.1 Proof of Purchase

Warranty is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase, which must include the original receipt showing:

  • Date of purchase

  • Dealer’s name

  • Product model and serial number

South Apple Stores reserves the right to refuse warranty service if this information has been altered, removed, or is missing after the original purchase.

2.2 Warranty Obligations

Our obligations under warranty are limited to repairing or replacing defective parts, or replacing the entire product at our discretion.

2.3 Warranty Period

Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period. The original warranty period remains valid.

2.4 Exclusions (What the Warranty Does Not Cover)

This warranty does not cover defects or damages arising from:

  • Abuse, misuse, or careless handling of the product

  • Normal wear and tear or aging of components

  • Failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions for usage or maintenance

  • Use of non-approved accessories or components

  • Acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)

  • Accidents such as dropping, impact damage, or water/liquid exposure

  • Electrical faults including voltage fluctuations, power surges, or use with incorrect voltage supply

  • Exposure to moisture, humidity, sand, or dust

  • Damage to batteries from overcharging or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs

  • Improper installation, ventilation, or handling contrary to user manual

Note: Any product found to have been tampered with by an unauthorized technician automatically voids the warranty.

2.5 Non-Transferability

This warranty is not transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser whose name appears on the proof of purchase.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • South Apple Stores will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or misuse.

  • Our maximum liability under warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

  • We do not guarantee that all products will always be available, free of error, or defect-free.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and any related dispute shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
